Golden Drift

The light had thinned out by the time I took this, but it was still resting on the surface like a veil. The reeds leaned into the river just enough to ripple the reflection. Late fall on the Rio Grande always feels like this—faint movement, golden hush, and that soft sense of time slowing down.
