Held Light

Even with the sun almost gone, the sand seemed to glow from within. There’s a kind of quiet that settles in just after sunset at White Sands—soft, spacious, and full of light that doesn’t need to shine bright to be felt. I took this right at that moment, when the day had ended but the beauty hadn’t.
